Back to reality...

After 3 months wandering around Europe, I arrived back to KLIA on 14th June. With the spreading of the H1N1 virus, I was quite surprised that there weren't any monitoring at the airport except for us just handing in the health declaration form. I did see the temperature monitoring stations but nobody was there 'monitoring' it. We just walked right pass it. Quite disappointed with the way they handle the situation considering this is not the first time we are facing this kind of virus.

The first week back was my own self-quarantine at home. A narrow escape as there was a confirmed case on the flight from London of the same flight number arriving back to KL on the following day. Phew... Then I went back to my hometown for 4days with a day-trip up to Penang where I met up with some of my Uni mates for lunch. It's so good to meet up with them (most of them after 8 years, since we grad).

Now I am back in KL again and beginning my search for a job. It's still quite a tough market out there so wish me luck. And I will start posting my travelogue soon... and also sort out the photos taken during my trip.

It's the end of the holiday and back to the 'working' mode...

Hallo, my name is Thomas and i am a WHM in UK as well. I've a few queries needed some answers. Our situation is pretty much alike as i've found a job and plan to work for one year. Now is the second month. In the WHM terms clearly stated the working period can't be more than the staying period. If i work for one whole year, i have to stay in UK for another year and once i leave UK, it will not be possible to enter again as they are able to trace that i've been working for a year and not staying for the same period. I've read your blog and found that you do not have that issues while leaving and entering UK for multiple times for the Europe trips? Hoping for your answer.
